1. What this site is

Agent Verdict is an independent community scoreboard for AI app builders and coding agents. Rankings are produced from community votes across published weighted axes, as described on the scoring page. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any tool listed on the board.

2. What this site is not

Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or procurement advice. A tier band is a summary of how a community voted against our published weights, not a warranty about a product and not a recommendation for your specific situation. Prices, features and capabilities in this category change constantly, so verify anything material on the vendor's own site before you rely on it. Each tool page shows the date its row was last verified precisely so you can judge how fresh it is.

3. Using the board data

The board dataset, including tier bands, community scores, vote counts, trends and head to head records, is published under the CC-BY-4.0 licence. You may copy, redistribute, transform and build on it, including commercially, provided you credit Agent Verdict and link back to the source page.

Two requests that are not licence conditions but which we ask anyway. First, quote the vote count next to any score, because a score without its denominator misrepresents the data. Second, include the date you took the snapshot, because the board changes.

Site design, page copy, editorial reports and brand assets are not covered by that licence and remain our copyright.

4. Voting and submissions

Voting is open and requires no account. One vote per axis per browser. You agree not to attempt to distort the board, including by automating votes, clearing cookies to vote repeatedly, coordinating vote campaigns, or submitting opinions that misrepresent who you are or your relationship to a tool.

Written opinions are reviewed before publication. We may decline to publish, or later remove, anything that appears to be vendor marketing copy, competitor astroturf, defamatory, unlawful, or unrelated to using the tool. We do not edit the substance of a published opinion.

By submitting an opinion you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to publish it on the board and in the public dataset, and you confirm it is your own account of your own experience. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@agent-verdict.com.

5. Acceptable use of the site and the API

You may crawl the site and the public data endpoints at a reasonable rate. Please do not attempt to access administrative endpoints, probe for vulnerabilities, or place load on the service that would degrade it for other people. We may rate limit or block traffic that does.

6. Corrections

If a row is factually wrong, tell us through the contact page and point us at the source. We check it, change it if we got it wrong, update the verified date and publish the correction. We do not change scores or bands on request, because those come from votes rather than from us.

7. Third party links

Outbound links to vendor sites are provided for reference, carry nofollow, and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any site we link to.

8. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the data is free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, arising from your use of the site or of decisions taken on the basis of the board. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top records when they last changed, and material changes are noted in a dated report on the Pulse page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
