Editor panel

Seeded entries from our own testing round

These are ours. The panel ran the same brief on every tool on the board so that launch scores were not empty, and each entry is badged rather than blended in. Community votes accumulate on top and will outweigh the seed as volume grows.

Open source contributor.

I use it alongside a builder from higher up this board, generate the scaffold elsewhere and then use this to actually feel out the visual details on the live app. Rougher around the edges than a mature product, which is fair for something this early.

Agent Verdict Panel

Launch testing panel, four builders running the same brief on every tool on the board.

Not a generator at all, a visual editor for a React codebase you already have, open source and genuinely useful for restyling live components without hand editing files. Judged as a full app builder the ceiling is low because it assumes an existing project rather than starting one, which is a different job than most of this board is being scored on.

Questions

About Onlook ratings

Are the Onlook opinions on this page real?

Yes. Every entry is either a community submission or an Agent Verdict panel entry from our own testing round, and panel entries are badged Editor panel so you can tell them apart. Nothing here is supplied or approved by Onlook.

What rating does Onlook have?

581 out of 1000 on the Agent Verdict community score, from 342 votes, which maps to 2.91 out of 5 if you need a conventional rating scale. Its tier band is C.

Can I add my own opinion on Onlook?

Yes. Use the form on this page. Submissions are held for review before publishing, mainly to filter out competitor astroturf and vendor marketing copy, and we do not edit the substance of what you write.

Why do some Onlook opinions disagree with the board rank?

Because the board score is a weighted aggregate and an individual opinion is not. Someone who cares mostly about code ownership will rate a tool very differently from the published weights, where that axis carries 3 points out of 100. Reading the disagreement is usually more informative than reading the average.
