These are ours. The panel ran the same brief on every tool on the board so that launch scores were not empty, and each entry is badged rather than blended in. Community votes accumulate on top and will outweigh the seed as volume grows.

Cascade is still a genuinely good idea and the free tier is the most generous in the category. The trust votes are the problem: model availability changing under existing users came up repeatedly in comments, and that is what moved it down a place this week.

As someone with no budget the free tier is why I have an agent at all. It follows what I am doing without me explaining, which is nice. I have had to change which model I use twice and that was not fun.

Because the board score is a weighted aggregate and an individual opinion is not. Someone who cares mostly about code ownership will rate a tool very differently from the published weights, where that axis carries 3 points out of 100. Reading the disagreement is usually more informative than reading the average.
